1st Herb Waffle woke up one morning to find that all his neighbors were standing on the sidewalk in front of his house. They were carrying signs and looked very angry. One of the signs read, "No More Sheep!" Another read, "Herb Waffle Move Out Now!" Herb has 72 sheep in his front yard. Recently he had planned to buy 28 more.
